Nana Mizuki (水樹奈々 Mizuki Nana^?,

born Nana Kondō (近藤奈々 Kondō Nana^?), January 21, 1980 in Niihama,

Ehime Prefecture) is a popular Japanese singer-songwriter and voice actress.

She was born and raised in Niihama, Ehime, Japan.

Mizuki was trained as an enkasinger.

She made her debut as a voice actress in 1998;

however, she released her debut single "Omoi",

under the King Records label on December 6, 2000.

A year later, she released her debut album,

Supersonic Girl on December 5, 2001.

In the years that followed, Mizuki enjoyed modest success that concluded

with the release of her single "Innocent Starter",

which reached the top 10 Oricon singles chart, charting at No. 9.

Since then, Mizuki's releases have charted steadily higher in Japan,

establishing her as a successful singer in the country.

Despite this, she remains a prolific voice actress,

with over 130 voice roles in separate media.

On June 3, 2009, her album Ultimate Diamond reached #1,

Synopsis
Amu Hinamori is a student at Seiyo Academy, where she has a reputation for being "cool and spicy"; however, her real personality is that of an extremely shy and easily intimidated girl. One night Amu makes a wish that she would have the courage to be reborn as her "would-be" self. The next morning Amu finds three brightly colored eggs—red, blue, and green—in her bed. Each egg eventually hatches into a Guardian Character: Ran, Miki, and Su. Guardian Characters are angel-like beings that aid a person into becoming their "would-be" selves and fulfill the person's dreams. The Guardian Characters accomplish this by giving encouragement and advice, but they can also temporarily change a person's personality and abilities. With theGuardian Characters, Amu's life becomes much more complex as she now struggles to deal with her new personalities and the Seiyo Elementary Guardians—a student council group where each member has their own Guardian Character—who recruits Amu to search for and seal the X-Eggs and X Characters, corrupted forms of people's dreams.

Bleach

Bleach (ブリーチ Burīchi^?, romanized as BLEACH in Japan) is a Japanese shōnen manga series written and illustrated by Noriaki "Tite" Kubo. Bleach follows the adventures of Ichigo Kurosaki after he obtains the powers of a Soul Reaper (死神 Shinigami^?, literally, "Death God")—a death personification similar to the Grim Reaper—from another Soul Reaper, Rukia Kuchiki. His newfound powers force him to take on the duties of defending humans from evil spirits and guiding departed souls to the afterlife.

Bleach has been serialized in the Japanese manga anthology Weekly Shōnen Jump since August 2001, and has been collected into 51tankōbon volumes as of August 2011. Since its publication, Bleach has spawned a media franchise that includes an ongoing animated television series that is produced by Studio Pierrot in Japan, two original video animations, four animated feature films, seven rock musicals, and numerous video games, as well as many types of Bleach-related merchandise.

Viz Media obtained foreign television and home video distribution rights to the Bleach anime on March 15, 2006. Cartoon Network began airing Bleach in the United States as part of its Adult Swim block on September 9, 2006. Viz Media has licensed the manga for English-language publication in the United States and Canada, and has released 34 bound volumes as of March 2011 as well as published chapters of Bleach in its Shonen Jump magazine since November 2007. Viz Media released the first Bleach film, Bleach: Memories of Nobody, onDVD in North America on October 14, 2008. The second film, Bleach: The Diamond Dust Rebellion, was released on September 15, 2009.

Volumes of the manga have sold more than 72 million copies in Japan, and is one of the most sold mangas in the United States. The anime adaptation has been similarly received; it was rated as the fourth most popular anime television series in Japan in 2006 and held a position amongst the top ten anime in the United States from 2006 to 2008. The series received the Shogakukan Manga Award for the shōnendemographic in 2005, and is among the best-selling manga issues in both Japan and the United States.
